The Way became
my philosophy of life while I was in massage school. This is the way to live healthy in a not so healthy world.
We all suffer from stress in our everyday life. Whether it comes from work, home or the environment around us. The Way
we live effects us in more ways than we can imagine. The Way for me is to reduce all the stresses in my life.
For me this means massage and eating right to stay healthy. Martial arts, kayaking, reading, art and a love of cooking reduce
even more stress. I hope you will come to the The Way and let me help you reduce your stress, feel better and healthier!
